Payment & Postage Details

Payment
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of processing of your order. Parcels should reach you within 3 working days of leaving us.

Postage
United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles delivery only. Postage & packing charges are calculated automatically on the following basis: £2.50 for the first item and 75p thereafter for each additional item. So for 2 items £3.25 P&P is added to the combined cost of the items. Orders over £75.00 are P&P free.

Hamblys Returns Policy
Should you wish to return your product to us for any reason please email within 10 days of receipt of your goods, to obtain a Returns Number which must be quoted on your return package. Only un-opened goods can be accepted for return. Generally, the cost of the items will be fully reimbursed but not, unfortunately, the cost of post and packing.

Terms of Business

Our offers and prices are correct as published, however, they cannot be guaranteed. Offers are current only while stocks last and subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, errors and omissions are excepted.

Breakages during transit must be notified to the carrier and ourselves within three days of receipt of goods. Please call or email us if you have not received your purchase within a week of us receiving your order. The goods remain the property of Hamblys until they are paid for in full. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Privacy Notice

At Hamblys we respect your privacy and value your custom. At no time do we ever provide your personal or payment information to any third party unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and fulfil your order.

Credit card details are transferred to our mail order department in an encrypted format.
