
Rachael graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, the largest and oldest school of osteopathy in the UK, where she also undertook a postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy. In September 2008 she will commence an MSc in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy (formerly the Osteopathic Centre for Children) in London.
Rachael is fascinated by the body’s potential for healing. Her interest in running and experience of Pilates informs her work. She has a particular interest in treating shoulder injuries and also enjoys addressing problems related to posture. Her osteopathic approach is gentle, drawing from a wide range of osteopathic techniques and approaches to suit the individual. She enjoys and encourages patients to participate in sports, Pilates, yoga, good diet and lifestyle to stay in balance and prevent ill-health. Rachael is mother to two teenage children and lives in Forest Row.
