France Amann

I come from Strasbourg in France. My first experience with osteopathy was as a 3 year old when my mum took me to our local osteopath in France for a check up after a nasty horse riding fall. For many years all my family were going to him every year for what we called our "MOT" ! After my Baccalaureat (French equivalent of 10 A levels) in Science, it was very natural for me to train to be an Osteopath.

I qualified from the European School Of Osteopathy of Maidstone in 2005. As a new graduate, I started working in Hythe with Niki J Matthews and later in Hastings for Claire Piper.

In early 2006, Claire Piper moved to East Sussex and started the Osteopathic practice "In Touch with Health" based in Wadhurst and Crowborough. I followed her in June 2006.

My approach is very holistic and I attach a lot of importance to lifestyle, exercise and diet. I love learning about new techniques and new methods to support you towards better health and a better life.
